I am often times vexed, at the creativity of my people. The way we think, design, inspire, is like none I’ve ever seen before. I have a deep appreciation for anyone that can display who and what they are through art. With that being said, I introduce to you all Ashante’ Du Jour. Ashante’ is an amazing visual artist who has turned her artistry into an iconic clothing line “Love-Ash-Dujour”. I have watched Ashante’ and her work since the day I followed her on Instagram, and to see “sketches” “ideas” and “concepts” make their way into the world of fashion is just inspiring. I am inspired by her dedication to her craft, and resilience even when the going got tough. It is black women like Ashante’ that are going to shake up the art and fashion industry.
