Today I’ve taken it upon myself to feature the talented model and photographer Leek! As I always say this blog feature is about why fashion makes you happy, but it’s always good to be versatile right?! So let’s get right into it. I asked Leek, as I have countless others, why fashion makes him happy, and he responded with “I love fashion because I feel like it’s apart of me and it represents me well, probably the most. Fashion to me is being able to put together an outfit, regardless of the name or price, and still being able to rock the hell out of it ! It’s always been something I’ve prided myself on, and always has me constantly looking in the mirror 24/7. It’s just so dope to be able to put together my own kind of image, whether it’s street-wear, business casual, even formal ! It makes me happy because I feel like it’s the one thing I have that I can say I enjoy & pride myself in. Something that a lot of people compliment me on, which makes it that much better. When asked how fashion contributes to Leek’s photography he replied “Fashion represents me and photography captures that representation of me. Photography to me, if done well, captures the realism and ingenuity of the individual or setting, and I believe my fashion and photography go hand in hand with each other.” When asked what he plans on doing with both fashion and photography he replied “I have hopes of modeling for multiple brands, and venturing into film as well as clientele building.” My last question for Leek was ; “What do you want the people to know ? What’s next ?” Leek replied, I want the people to know I’m focusing greatly on networking. I want to get myself out there, and create more ideas for myself and others to see.” I thoroughly enjoyed this feature, I personally am a huge fan of Leek and his work.
