“Fashion is such a beautiful thing and it is so important to me. My entire life growing up and still to this day, is impacted by fashion. I’ve always been that girl that set crazy trends and loved to make bold statements with my clothing ! My mom always taught me to be true to myself and express myself. My mother always had heads turning with her different hair colors and super cute outfits so that always inspired me to go big or go home ! As I matured, I started to view fashion in a different way. Fashion is art ; a muse. My mind is beautiful so I use my body as a canvas to visually reveal the beautiful unique styles and ideas of my art. When I started my clothing line it was me putting who I am on a canvas for people everywhere to wear and express themselves! I am so happy and grateful I took this leap of faith to do so because art impacts lives ! Fashion being a form of art is a huge part of that impact. Let’s be honest we all feel so much more confident when we are dressed in a super cute outfit that we like, I know I do ! Wearing cute, unique clothing makes me feel even more beautiful than I already feel now. Add on the compliments of my outfits and you boost me up even more. Fashion adds excitement to life ! I love fashion so much I turned it into a career. My clothing line Maya Temple is very successful already, I even make everything myself ! If something can be made into a career it’s very important in some shape or form. How do you think so many people became billionaires off of fashion ? Louis Vuitton sacrificed everything to move to Paris,France when he was 16 years old and look at his brand now ! Fashion is powerful and we give it power daily by being inspired, creating, and doing !”
