Tre Chappell
“Photography for me is not looking, it’s feeling. If you can’t feel what you’re looking at, then you’re never going to get others to feel anything when they look at your pictures.”—Don McCullin. I’m a Fashion Stylist as you all know, but my inspiration is found everywhere in just about every medium. With that being said, I wanted to take a moment to further your understanding on those that inspire me to find the limitless joy in fashion. I introduce to you all Tre Chappell, the Dallas,TX based Photographer who is making history. Tre is in an entirely different realm with his photography, and I must say I’m in awe every time I see new work of his. The way Tre photographs Black men and women is something that can move you to tears, it is absolutely beautiful. It’s comforting as a Black woman to know that someone is putting in the work to show the world that we deserve to be valued and appreciated. It’s important that we get into the habit of giving people their flowers while they can still appreciate them. I refuse to let talent like this go unnoticed, and you shouldn’t either. Tre, thank-you for sharing your creativity with the world, believe me when I say it is oh so appreciated!
