More Than Anything

With the foundation God has allowed me to build with Styling By Chi over the years, I've realized a few things. Number one: navigating the fashion industry is challenging. Number two: God's favor is why and how I've been able to make it this far. Number three: I want Styling By Chi to be a communal safe space. When one individual grows, expands, and excels, it should be easier for those coming after to do the same. I want fashion lovers to have a safe space here at Styling By Chi, however, that looks. More than anything I want us all to look at one another and see possibility, that way everyone's cup will runneth over because someone's overflow poured into someone else's. A ripple effect if you will, that's what I want Styling By Chi to be. I want Styling By Chi to give fashion lovers the same feeling we'd all get when we opened a copy of Jet or Essence Magazine, the only difference being you’ll help create the next issue. Maybe one day it'll all make sense what I'm envisioning and this blog entry will be hanging in my office. After all, there would be no Styling By Chi without community.
