Caribbean Village Fusion

The secret to great cuisine is great community, customer service, recipes, prices, and connectivity. I recently experienced those secrets firsthand at a Carribean restaurant by the name of "Carribean Village Fusion". This restaurant is located in Pittsburgh, PA 3507 Cable Pl, Pittsburgh, PA 15213, but it felt like home to me. The owner and I connected over matching necklaces, origins, and tedious things like marketing. We shared smiles, and laughter before I departed to do my taste test. I ordered the Chicken Curry Meal and paired it with a Sorrel Ginger drink, and it was delicious. The curry had enough spice, to balance out my sides of cabbage and rice and beans. The cabbage was delectable and had a great crunch to it, while the rice and beans were cooked and seasoned to perfection in my opinion. I am a lover of Caribbean cuisine so it was a delight to try a restaurant new to me. I highly recommend Caribbean Village Fusion not only for its delicious meals, but its personable and welcoming atmosphere, and at a time like this in the world, we could use more of that.
