Icey McMillian
“The Black woman is art; a perfect expression of pain, struggle, strength, and beauty.” I admire modeling because it is such an amazing art form. To be able to tell a story through a pose, good posture, and clothing, is absolutely amazing to me. There are many models, but few are able to embody those skills in their work, leading me to the one and only Icey McMillian. I am a huge fan of Icey’s artistry and mere determination to be the best she can with and through her gift. While Icey’s gift is inspiring, it is her heart that captivates you. She is full of grace, humility and confidence that is contagious. I know Icey may not see it now, but believe me when I say she’s going to change the modeling industry as we know it.
